BOOKING A TEE TIME
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before your tee time.
No Shows (i.e., whole group does not show up) will be charged the full rate to the booking individual. Short Shows (i.e., book as four but only three show up) will be charged a flat fee of $40 + HST per short show to the booking individual.
In the event of inclement weather, the cancellation fee may be waived if a courtesy call/email is made prior to your tee time.

SPECTATORS
Crosswinds does not allow any spectators on the golf course, walking or riding in a cart.
DRESS CODE
Crosswinds requests that sensible and appropriate golf attire be always worn on the golf course and at the practice facilities. Crosswinds does not allow any footwear that is deemed detrimental to the golf course.
Examples of Appropriate Golf Attire:
Mock Necks, Blade Collar Shirts
Tailored Pants
Chinos, Khaki Pants
Golf or Khaki Shorts
Skorts (Women)
Sleeveless Golf Shirts (Women Only)
Golf Shoes (soft spikes only)
Running Shoes
Examples of Unacceptable Attire:
Denim Jeans
Sweatpants
Athletic/Basketball Shorts
Sports Jerseys
Graphic T-Shirts
Tank Tops/Tube Tops
Boots, Sandals, High Heels, Metal Spikes
ALCOHOL
Crosswinds has a zero-tolerance alcohol policy. For the safety of our guests and staff, bringing your own alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the property including parking lot. Anyone with their own alcohol will have the entire group fees forfeited and all will be asked to leave immediately. Crosswinds reserves the right to inspect all coolers and bags on Crosswinds property. As a licensed facility issued by the AGCO, all alcohol must be purchased from Crosswinds.
Crosswinds has the right to refuse service in order to serve responsibly and ensure the safety of all our customers and employees.
